Nailah Khalfan, DMD, is a skilled dentist practicing at Union Square Dental in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, serving patients from all over New York City.
Dr. Khalfan earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Temple University Dental School in Philadelphia. During her time there, Dr. Khalfan served as the community service chair for the school’s American Dental Student Association (ASDA) and was awarded the ASDA Award of excellence for her superior level of involvement, service, and leadership. Following receipt of her DMD from Temple University, Dr. Khalfan continued her dental education at Coney Island Hospital. Dr. Khalfan worked alongside Dr. Vassallo as a General Practice Resident.
During her training at Coney Island Hospital, she practiced all aspects of general dentistry with an emphasis on full mouth restorations and implant dentistry. Dr. Khalfan’s goal is to make patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and confident in their smiles.
Dr. Khalfan was born and raised on Long Island. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, and traveling.
